He realizes that he is not the only one suffering at this moment and that many others are suffering like him. And after getting the answer he takes action immediately. 


8. Practice Mindfulness: To be mindful, you have to meditate regularly whenever you get a chance. Meditation will help you to get out all negative energy from the body and refresh the mind. It will also help you to focus on the present and reduce stress.
